Copy-and-Paste Explained (for MS Windows)
It is possible to copy the contact email address from the contacts page and paste it into the "To" line of your email:
- highlight the address that you want (on the contacts page) using your mouse
- pick "copy" from the edit menu (or press ctrl+c)
- go to your email program and start a new message (you can do this from the "tools" menu if you are using Internet Explorer)
- click on the "To" line
- pick "paste" from the edit menu (or press ctrl+v)
You should now have the email address on the "To" line of your message, with 1 space where the "@" sign should be.
- move the cursor to the space
- type an "@" sign
- delete the space
